I had a pile of fun with V’s fun kiddos. Her daughter, Ms C, was such a bright light, full of curiousity and zest: I think we just really adored each other. It was Mr D’s first birthday (how fun that the session was actually on his big day!) and he was too adorable for words.

Here are some answers to questions I put to Mom:
What is your daughter’s favourite game? Her favourite colour? Her favourite animal?
C loves dogs and cats in particular as well as sea life. One of her favourite games is to pretend to be a dolphin diving and splashing, either at the Aquarium or in the ocean. She takes the seat cushions off the couch and stands them up in a wall to create the dolphin tank, then dives on the couch bed. Her fave colour is pink, and she also loves Strawberry Shortcake.
What is your son’s favourite food? His favourite colour? His favourite animal?
Whatever is on my plate or about to enter my mouth! No fave colour/animal yet.
How do you balance work/life?
No insights here – I am a SAHM and my kids are my whole life right now. Sigh!
What do you do to nurture yourself so that you can recharge your batteries?
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I fantasize about nurturing myself!!
