Congratulations to Jocelyn, who was nominated for our Giving is Awesome prize by Mariah, who was struck by Jocelyn’s ability to both effectively parent (cheering her boys on through snow and sleet from the sidelines at soccer games) as well as give back to her community through the school’s PAC. And this, Mariah notes, is all done with a positive outlook. Both women have won a complimentary session with Jane Photo. In addition, Jocelyn will receive 6 8″x10″ prints, (gift prize value: $600), and Mariah will receive one 8″x10″ print (gift prize value: $200).
I so look forward to meeting and working with Jocelyn and her three 6yo triplet boys, and with Mariah’s family too. It will be an honour.
Thanks so much to everyone who sent in such heartfelt stories to Jane Photo over the last weeks; I was touched by each and every one and wish I could do sessions for every one of the nominated families! I wish all of you the very best for 2010, and hope that for each and every struggling family, burdens are lifted.
