I have been keeping this card/work of art around for a while now, and it shows! We have a kooky cat, Sophie, who likes to eat paper (yes, this has on occasion caused TV WEEK bowel obstructions and long visits to the vet) and she nibbled on this a bit. Apparently it wasn’t yummy enough...

I was honoured to make Ms A’s photographs. She is such an adorable child, and seems to have lost no spunk to her illness. To paraphrase the late author Jane Rule, little A “just reached in and placed a string of lights around my heart.” You are lucky to be her cousin. I am really lucky to be her photographer.

Alisha’s battle came to an end on July 12th 2009.
Please join us to celebrate Alisha’s life and the happy moments we shared with her in her life that was all to brief. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 2 PM at Valley View Funeral Home at 14660 72nd Ave, Surrey, BC. The Funeral Service will be followed by a Cremation Service and a Celebration of Life gathering also at Valley View Funeral Home.
