Please say hello to Ms A, a little girl who arrived at term much loved by her parents and extended family. I was with them for Now I Lay Me Down to sleep on Tuesday as they said their farewells to their brave little fighter, standing in a protective circle as life support was withdrawn....

I was honoured to make Ms A’s photographs. She is such an adorable child, and seems to have lost no spunk to her illness. To paraphrase the late author Jane Rule, little A “just reached in and placed a string of lights around my heart.” You are lucky to be her cousin. I am really lucky to be her photographer.

Alisha’s battle came to an end on July 12th 2009.
Please join us to celebrate Alisha’s life and the happy moments we shared with her in her life that was all to brief. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 2 PM at Valley View Funeral Home at 14660 72nd Ave, Surrey, BC. The Funeral Service will be followed by a Cremation Service and a Celebration of Life gathering also at Valley View Funeral Home.
